Job Description
1. Channel Management:
- Plan, operate and execute daily content across owned platforms to support full-funnel journeys, mainly focus on:
· Outbound channels (Email, Zalo, Web push).
· Social media (Facebook fanpage, Instagram, Thread, Youtube).
- Coordinate campaign launches, product highlights, promotional content and ensure publishing schedule aligns with sale objectives.
2. Performance & Optimization:
- Monitor key metrics: traffic, click-through rate, reach, engagement, video views, and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance and suggest optimizations (e.g., best time to post, thumbnail testing, content hooks).
- Continuous A/B testing on all platforms.
3. Channel Growth:
- Grow follower base and reach on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Zalo OA through engaging, trend-driven, and conversion-oriented content.
- Identify winning content types and posting schedules that maximize engagement, dwell time, and repeat visits.
- Plan and implement follower acquisition tactics such as lead magnets, referral incentives, mini-campaigns, and UGC contests in order to enrich customer data platform.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital content, growth marketing, or channel operations or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Social media, Email marketing, and Zalo OA tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action (most important)
- Comfortable with fast-paced, changeable execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of customer journey, e-commerce funnels or user activation is a plus.
- Meticulous (precise and care to details), proactive, and willing-to-learn.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of communication with multiple departments.
- Good project management skills; ability to balance among multiple projects with good time management.
