About Role
As a Partnership Manager you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders in the medical ecosystem (HCOs, KOLs, hospitals). Not only to acquire their members to be Docquity users, but also to build their engagement within Docquity, and improve the form of the collaboration with these partners. You will own and mature user acquisition, partnership development, and user engagement. This is a role for candidates who want to (re)define or elevate their careers and own their career path.
Expectations from you
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community (Societies, Medical Government Institutions & Training hospitals) from targeted TAs
• Cultivate and curate meaningful Partnerships with identified Medical partners, have the Docquity platform as the primary learning platform for identified Medical Societies
• Cultivate and curate meaningful Partnerships with Training Hospitals/Medical Universities. Have the Docquity platform as the primary learning platform for identified Medical Societies.
• These partnerships need to drive maximum number of HCP engagement and enrolment to the Docquity platform.
• Project planning, resource management and management of contractors where necessary.
• Maintain executions within prescribed budgets.
• Develops and maintains the Docquity DAG (Docquity Advisory Group), developing KOL’s, driving networking opportunities and making Docquity more accessible for learning and continuing medical education.
Skills required: Technical / Functional Skills Behavioural Skills
• Pharmacist, Medical Doctor (preferred) or other healthcare professionals
• At least 8 years of working experience in Key Account Management/Marketing/Product Management in Healthcare/ Technology Business
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to build relationships, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Has worked with HCP C-suite in Hospitals and Societies
• Excellent operational, coordination, and time management skills
• Be proactive, agile, and a self-starter
• Flexible in working early and late according to the event schedule which includes weekends and evenings
