Pattern and Fit Technician

Job Description

Job summary:

• Provide assistant service regarding production patterns, modification, specifications, and construction based on initial development patterns to maximize productivity, reduce production costs, and improve production quality according to Triumph standard

Responsibilities:

• Forming pattern from sketches, measurements and initial samples provided by Hongkong Office/customers
• Fitting mockups, grading size, studying techpack and the sewing process to complete the pattern for sample making and/or production
• Adjust patterns and measurements based on customer’s & manager’s comments/ fitting result
• Resolve pattern issues, check the quality and measurement of the sample
• Analyst material component and apply shrinkage to original pattern
• Product briefing for handover to finalization
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirement

• Bachelor/College degree
• Technical skills: Gerber, PLM
• English communication
• 3+ years of experience in Lingerie/Intimates garment experience
