Pattern Officer

Job Description

• Phát triển rập 2D
  Based on TP, AD, manuals, and comments to develop 2D patterns and provide them to the 3D team for all sample and production stages.

• Hoàn chỉnh thông số kỹ thuật
  Complete size specifications for all stages from sample to bulk production.

• Làm sơ đồ báo giá và cập nhật định mức lên hệ thống
  Create costing markers and upload all fabric consumption data into D365 / Origo system for all sample stages.

• Kiểm tra rập và tài liệu trước khi cắt
  Follow the production plan to check patterns and AD documents for bulk production before cutting.

• Tính toán định mức phụ liệu
  Calculate accessory consumption for all stages (sample, costing, and bulk).

• Hỗ trợ các bộ phận sản xuất khi có vấn đề phát sinh
  Support production departments (technical, cutting, printing, embroidery, bonding, etc.) to check patterns, samples, and documents when issues arise.

• Tham dự họp và thảo luận kỹ thuật trước khi lên mẫu
  Attend meetings with Technical, Sample Room, 3D, CFTV, and Merchandiser teams to discuss and align on issues before making samples (parameters, sewing methods, pattern shapes, etc.).

• Làm rập báo giá và đặt vải
  Create costing patterns and fabric booking patterns.

• Kiểm tra và đề nghị chỉnh sửa tài liệu kỹ thuật
  Review and suggest sketch adjustments in Tech Pack and inform Merchandiser (only the customer can update the Tech Pack). Check BOM and inform Merchandiser to update correctly.

• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp
  Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirement

Yêu cầu chung/ General requirements:

Hiểu rõ tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của sản phẩm

Understand in technical requirements of product

Có chuyên môn trong việc thiết kế rập 2D

Expertise in 2D pattern design

Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm Gerber

Proficient in using Gerber

Ưu tiên/ Priority:

Đã từng làm trong ngành may mặc hoặc nhà máy Adidas là một lợi thế

Used to work in garment industry or Adidas factory is preferable

Số năm kinh nghiệm/ Number of years of experience:

Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương

At least 2 years experiences in similar position
