2. Talent Acquisition (40%)
- Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting.
- Update labor market information and trends.
- Promote employer branding activities and events.
- Build up a talent pool.
- Develop relations with recruitment partners.
- Periodic projects in Talent Acquisition initiated by People Ops Team.
2. Operations - Engagement (60%)
- Deliver smoothly operational activities of People Operations in Hanoi and other different working locations (if any)
- Oversee office maintenance, office assets, security, and cleanliness.
- Propose & develop engagement activities in order to build up a strong and positive working environment.
- Deliver a well-structured communication plans over the company's welfare activities and events.
- Update personal information and do filing with maintaining confidentiality records, information of the employees.
- Advise / provide the existing & new employees with information about Company policies as well as regulations.
- Assist People Ops Manager to build up training plans and organize them.
- Support People Ops Manager in HR strategies regarding the short & long-term development of the employee based on HR standard programs of the company.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by People Ops Manager
