Location: Binh Duong, VSIP/ or MP brewery

Main Purpose or Function of Position:

1) Responsible for Regional Supply & Logistics VIC, VLC, ZBB, KPI, Capex planning and performance management

2) Provide visibility for region cost on operation results

3) Benchmark performance result across the breweries to find opportunities to improve the efficiency

Main Accountabilities

· Responsible for Regional VIC, VLC, ZBB and KPI budget. Coordinate with all related department including BU PPM, Procurement, ZBS, ZTD and breweries to cascade the target to brewery and SKU level

· Lead and Conduct monthly VIC, VLC, ZBB and KPI report

· Provide monthly VPO KPI score based on BEP and SuEP handbook and present the results in T&M meeting to push Region and plant continue to raise the bar.

· Track and monitor monthly performance for each brewery, analyze brewery performance result (including production KPIs, VILC, ZBB and etc.),

· Lead and conduct monthly VIC benchmarking, SCFD and KPI linkage and Champion Analysis.

· Organize monthly T&M meeting, including set up schedule for BOPs, prepare T&M deck for the meeting with VP Supply.
