This position reports to Head of Ethical Marketing & Business Innovation.
Business Innovation Manager manages and performs Business Innovation activities including outsourcing, toll manufacturing, export, M&A etc. to generate non-organic and new business opportunities following organizational mid-term and long-term strategies.
Build strategic plan to develop non-organic business opportunities which is align with middle and long-term strategies and goals of organization.
Explore new clients through various traditional, media and social platforms such as publishing, advertising, electronic media, relationship with people within industry, and others.
Acquire new ideas, evaluate the potential impact and do feasibility studies for the opportunity.
Lead the deal, negotiate & conclude business agreement with clients for outsource, tolling and export business
Contribute to new products pipeline in term of sourcing for external sources.
Contribute to priority projects with medium to long term impact on new business.
Manage BD projects until routine stage then transfer to the related departments.
Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders for any related M&A project.
Set up process and build organization competencies for business innovation.
Perform other tasks assigned by direct leader.

Pharmacist/ Bachelor/ Master of Business Administration on Economics
Professional Background
At least 7-year experience in pharmaceutical companies (business development/marketing/sales)
