[Pho24] Senior Accountant

Inventory Management: Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions (purchases, transfers, adjustments). This includes overseeing physical counts, reconciling discrepancies between system data and physical stock, and ensuring correct valuation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Cost Analysis: Performs detailed analysis of production costs (material, labor, overhead) to identify cost drivers and opportunities for reduction. They collaborate with production and procurement to update standard costs and ensure accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reporting.

Reporting: Prepares monthly COGS reports for management, highlighting key trends, issues, and strategic recommendations.

Expense Tracking: Manages and allocates long-term prepaid expenses such as tax, rent, insurance, and maintenance contracts.

Ad-hoc Support: Assists the Chief Accountant with various tasks as requested.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in general accounting, specifically within inventory or costing roles. Experience in the F&B industry is a significant plus.

Technical Skills: * Strong proficiency in MS Excel.

• Experience using accounting systems, specifically Odoo.
