Responsibilities

1. Patient Assessment & Treatment Planning

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation programs to optimize patient recovery.
• Provide expert consultations on injury prevention, functional movement, and post-operative care.

2. Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

• Perform manual therapy, joint mobilization, and advanced rehabilitation techniques.
• Utilize modern physiotherapy technologies, including shockwave therapy, ultrasound therapy, electrotherapy, and robotic-assisted rehabilitation.
• Guide patients through strength, flexibility, and functional movement exercises to enhance recovery.
• Implement sports injury rehabilitation programs and offer performance optimization strategies.

3. Patient Education & Prevention

• Educate patients on proper posture, movement techniques, and home exercise programs to prevent re-injury.
• Provide ergonomic guidance and lifestyle modifications to enhance overall well-being.

4. Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with orthopedic specialists, sports medicine doctors, and regenerative medicine experts to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and progress reports, ensuring compliance with hospital standards.
• Contribute to research and innovation in physiotherapy techniques to improve treatment protocols.

Job Requirement

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a reputable university.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

·        Strong expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation.

·        Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written) to effectively interact with international patients.

·        Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a patient-centered approach.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
