PIE Engineer (Production Engineer)

Job Description

• Line analysis trouble shooting which related to process, material, and design.

• Process & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)

• Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.

• Follow In-process reject daily, FPY monitoring, especially related to function test defect.

• Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution.

• IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement.

• Line audit, Gemba Walk.

• CIP for material & routing saving.

• Drive Internal / External Benchmarking effort / activities.

This position will be based in Cu Chi, HCMC Factory. Shuttle bus from District 1, 10,11, 12, Hoc Mon, Binh Thanh, Tan Binh, Thu Duc/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

Job Requirement

• University bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related.

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with a multi-national company in Process Engineering or Production Engineering.

• PFMEA, DOE

• Understand CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge

• Oracle ERP is a plus

• Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus

• Ability to work in a team environment. 

• Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills. 

• Strategic thinking skills. 

• Strong oral and written English skills

• Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams; 

define actions to improve the team skills, scope, and capability.
