Planner

Job Description

• Coordinate the Change process from Engineering request, follow up with related departments to sign off the change, document the result and implement to the Job order for operation team.
• Work closely with the Production team to achieve planned quantity and meet customer’s delivery date (OTD)
• Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure sufficient materials to support the production.
• Work closely with Engineering team to receive latest documents and upload into each Production part and Production job, to make sure other teams will work with correct documents in Epicor.
• Follow the Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Bill of Materials (BOM) and New Production Introduction (NPI)
• Monitor Epicor system and ensure MES Data Collection is done by operation team.
• Work with the Sales team and Purchasing team to salvage aging materials and WIP
• Perform other tasks assigned by superior in ad-hoc basis

Job Requirement

• 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field and manufacturing environment (prefer in High Mixed Low Volume)
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with other functional teams.
• Team player, hands-on & follow up closely the operation activities.
• Strong work ethics, able to work under tight schedules and work under pressure.
• Open mindset to learn and adapt new system or new process into current work.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills such as Windows and Microsoft Office, Intermediate with Excel
• Fluent in English.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
