- Organizing production based on plant capacity and delivery.
- Ensuring adequacy of commitments with capacity within standard timeframes to achieve KPIs.
- Preparing Production Master Plan.
- Sending report ending daily, weekly, monthly based on production status updates to assess plant performance.
- Monthly/weekly plan with minimization of changes to keep lines running smoothly with best efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly production plan.
- Be in line with plant capacity/shipping schedule.
- Analyze material and capacity requirements, communicate constraints to plant capacity and material demand.
- Coordinate with material planning team to align and match master schedule - material execution - production planning.
- Strictly control production schedule against actual to avoid shortages or exceeding PO quantity to minimize WIP and inventory.
- Managing production capacities, ensuring production targets are met by efficiently using production resources, maximum capacity utilization.
- Monitoring and controlling material plan and material stock.
- Working closely with relevant departments on planning issues.
- Organize weekly production schedule meeting to ensure all activities relevant to planning are executed.
- Monitor the reasonableness of the plan to gain consensus from production team.
- Control the production process to ensure all orders are implemented into production on time.
- Check and find the delay process to act immediately
- Weekly check to avoid production stoppage due to material shortage.
- Coordinate with material planning team to align with master schedule.
- Improving cooperation and consistency by working closely with sales and inventory.
- Providing information for organization and planning.
- Provide goods in developing stock resolution strategies for existing items, inventory, new products.
- Ensure all orders are accounted for, time and action are prepared, critical path is discussed and updated in tracking and reporting systems.
- Follow up on all orders and ensure all support services are ready for order fulfillment.
- Work closely with merchandising to monitor the planning board, order confirmation.
- Monitor orders/forecasts monthly and maximize plant capacity to meet sales budget.
- Monitor proper input of new product forecasts.
- Update product change/upgrade plans and ensure material purchases align with these plans.
- Under-check production daily/weekly to maintain best KPI results and try to increase month on month.
- Identify bottlenecks and unbalanced resources at an early stage to allow production management sufficient reaction time.
- Monthly weekly plant review report.
- Other duties as assigned by Supply Chain Manager.
· Male/Female; Age: 25-40 years old
· Education: University degree.
· Experience: At least 3 years of experiences in Production Planning
· QA/QC experience is a plus
· Good command of English
· Good information analyzing skill
· Good command of Word, Excel & Microsoft Outlook
· Can work under high pressure
