Job Description
Consultative Engagement with Architects and Developers:
- Act as a trusted consultant to Architects during the design phase, promoting and specifying Saint-Gobain Vietnam products and solutions to align with project technical requirements and budget investment.
- Engage with Developers during the bidding stage to ensure Saint-Gobain solutions are specified in the brand list and material list, providing technical expertise and value propositions to secure project inclusion.
Technical Expertise and Specification Development:
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Saint-Gobain Vietnam’s products and solutions portfolio, including technical specifications, applications, and benefits, to influence project designs and bidding documents.
- Develop tailored solutions and presentations to meet the unique needs of Architects and Developers, enhancing the adoption of Saint-Gobain products.
Collaboration with Sales Team and other stakeholders (MKT, Technical, R&D)
- This role requires the collaboration with the nationwide sales team to align specification efforts with sales strategies, ensuring successful conversion of specifications into orders.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of specified products and solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with MKT, Technical, R&D, Plan to build up the unique specification documents to take advantages in the technical documentation and bidding process.
Team Leadership and Competency Building:
- Build and lead an engaged specification team in South region, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and enhance the team’s technical and consultancy skills through training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Market Insights and Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Architects, Developers, and industry influencers, to position Saint-Gobain Vietnam as the preferred partner.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Project Pipeline Management:
- Track and manage the specification pipeline, ensuring accurate documentation and regular updates on project status.
- Work with internal teams to resolve technical or logistical challenges, ensuring specified products are delivered as per project timelines and requirements.
Job Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in science or Engineering; Architect or Interior Designer or Civil Engineer
· Preferable with additional commercial degree or experience.
EXPERIENCE
· Specification Manager role.
· Practical and logical knowledge of construction products and project timeline process
· Exposure to international companies
