Monitor mill and packer’s performances. Adjust parameter; give instruction to Central Control Room operators, and coordinates with maintenance to modify equipments to improve mill and bags packing performance efficiency.
Housekeeping:
Contribution housekeeping activities to clean up production assigned areas
Fix leakages (coordinates with maintenance)
Recommendation to modify equipment to eliminate leakages, spillages to improve housekeeping, safety as well as equipment’s performance
Substitute shift: Substitutes shift leader when requires Training: Execute Main Work Force Training (MWFT), Multi skills as plan.
Job Requirement
Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience (ability to perform full-time job in June 2024)
