In this role, the Procurement Executive (Intern) will support procurement activities for O&M and EPC projects, including contract preparation, supplier coordination, document handling, and market research, to ensure efficient and timely purchasing in line with project needs.
Main Responsibilities
1. Procurement
Assist in drafting contracts for the purchase of equipment, materials, and transportation services.
Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, import procedures, and required documentation.
2. Administrative Support
Support the review and verification of acceptance and payment documents submitted by contractors.
Assist in drafting and revising contracts and contract appendices (amendments, addenda).
Organize and manage document flow: collect signatures, store documents, and coordinate the exchange of files between internal departments and contractors.
Conduct market surveys and continuously update the pricing database for key EPC contract items (as per BOQ) to support purchasing and cost estimation.

Related experiences
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a high-pressure environment.
- Having experience in a similar position is plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
