Job Summary: Assist with daily procurement activities, including coordinating with suppliers and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Requesting initial prices, quality details, deadlines, and expectations from suppliers
Gathering and preparing documents such as quotes, proposals, purchase terms, and conditions from suppliers
Organizing records related to contracts, leases, purchasing activities, costs, and expenditures
Supporting the sourcing and evaluation of new suppliers
Performing other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Final year students or recent graduates majoring in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field Basic knowledge of procurement processes Problem-solving mind-set Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, proactive, and eager to learn
