Job Description

1. Sourcing:
   • Find the best sources for goods and services.
2. Purchasing and Ordering:
   • Create and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
   • Prepare reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis and supplier performance.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
   • Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
   • Assess and manage risks associated with suppliers and procurement processes.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with internal departments to understand their needs and requirements.
   • Communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
6. Market Research:
   • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new products, and supplier innovations.
   • Evaluate and recommend new suppliers or products based on research findings.
7. Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Either previous experience in procurement or fresher
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, hardworking, and careful.
