Product Development Coordinator

Job Description

YOUR JOBS:

• Process new development requests departments on related PD tasks including drawings, costing, testing, creating product codes and sample shipments.
• Lead PD tasks relating to OEM accounts such as creating assembly instruction videos and processing requests for replacement parts.
• Provide regular updates and reports for the OEM Team Leader, the clients and the CS team.
• Development timelines and resolve issues.
• Prepare sample reports with photography and lead sample reviews with the client’s PD team.
• Prepare re-caps of the sample reviews for internal and external use.
• Support to transition from the development stage to mass production.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and 3rd parties to process all testing requests

Job Requirement

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a product development role, preferably in the furniture, design, or interior design sectors.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a strong asset.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
• A strong passion for and knowledge of furniture, design, and interior design, with a keen eye for aesthetic details.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
