· Manage the Product Standard Sample process to meet company objective and meet customer requirement.
· Coordinate with relevant functions in setting the project timeline and confirm with sale team and customer.
· Identify and review all risks of the new products affected to the final label quality of each production process and manage the countermeasure to capture for each risk.
· According to the capability of production line based on the preliminary trial production.
· samples and analysis risks for the new assigned projects as necessary.
· Cross - functionally work with Sales team and Operation team in executing the product performance improvement project.
· New material specifications and review its properties before selecting it to match the new or improved product requirement.
· Review wrap up and approving all technical data / technical report before launch to other functions and customer.

Job Requirement
· Candidate should possess at least a University degree in Technical.
· Resourceful, result-oriented and possess strong technical and analytical capabilities with a high degree of initiative and independence.
· Good interpersonal communication skills and presentation capabilities, ability to interact with all levels of staff.
