- Organizing and leading the product review and walkthrough based on each different development stage
- Managing and tracking the category forecast order
- Garment Lead time management and reviewing
- Manpower Resource Management & Department activities
- Develop Talent and Coaching in Development Department.
Job Requirement
- University majoring in textile technology or related field
- Language certificate: English/Chinese
- 5+ years of experience in Apparel product development with all the product types and manpower management with the same above JD at Apparel Factory manufacturing field.
- Strong knowledge of apparel product development (Sportswear), fit, and construction with an understanding of appropriate quality and brand standards.
- Technical field: Understand maker vs maker efficiency, pattern design, style construction, and nest pattern for Engineer material or graphic artwork.
- 3D digital samples (V-stitcher and CLO) in basically knowledge and understanding
- Understand the basic and general knowledge of quality for the textile fabric and accessories field.
- Management of material purchasing process and inventory analysis report
- Strong knowledge of management in product costing FOB and cost matrix concept with costing margin analysis and material consumption calculation..
- Understand the GSD or SAM concept
- Good computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and Illustrator in basic knowledge & understanding
- Big data analysis by Tableau or Power Bi
