• Managing and coordinating the work of product team
• Develop goals and work plans by month/quarter, and report regularly to the Board of Directors.
• Directly responsible for the results of Product team and report all activities of the department to the Board of Directors.
• Participate in sensory comments, suggestions and follow-up requirements for system
• Participate in building new product positioning. Check and revise research procedures for products. Provide suggestions and plans for product improvement.
• Implementing human resource management in the team: planning - recruitment - training / training - development - evaluation (dismissal / preservation).

• Education level: Graduated from University or above, School of economic
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in banks and/or finance company, at least 3 years in the senior official
• Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge about finance, consumer loan
• Good leadership and management skills. Clearly define the objectives (especially the personal objectives and professional objectives)
• Acquire learning quickly, creatively, and proactively in planning and organizing work.
• Understand the legal regulations, regulations, and circulars of the finance
• Ability to read specialized materials in English
• Have a business mindset.
