A leading global provider of packaging solutions, specializing in shrink sleeve labels, self-adhesive labels, and spouted pouches is seeking Product Development with the following details:
Develop new products based on customer requests and management assignments.
Collaborate with the sales team to collect necessary input for product development.
Create product samples as requested and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Coordinate with the production team to develop samples, monitor sampling processes, and record all relevant conditions.
Propose improvement solutions for any issues arising in new projects.
Participate in product trials at the customer’s production line.
Support other raw material development tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement
At least 2 years of experience in product development in the label or printing industry.
Strong knowledge of printed product analysis including color, materials, and production processes (e.g., shrink sleeves, laminated packaging, or self-adhesive labels).
Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator (AI) for design checking.
Understanding of materials used in packaging such as films and printing inks is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to address issues during development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design software.
