Job Description

Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure brand growth and market share objectives are met.
Conduct market research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans that align with brand objectives.
Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve brand goals.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with product development teams to ensure brand consistency and relevance in product offerings.
Drive brand building initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.
Lead brand development projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with brand values and positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to support brand initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in brand strategies.

Job Requirement

Minimum 3 years of experience in a PM role and/ or OTC related MKT role, especially in OTC drugs and food supplements
Good communication & presentation skills
Communication skills both verbal and written in English
Proactive, Good adaptation, Creative, Corporative
