Leading the product project and coordinating between internal and external resources for the project execution to develop products, including:
Determine and define project scope and objectives;
Identify schedule, manage and track the project plan;
Estimate the project budget and manage project costs to meet the budget;
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify risks and risk mitigation actions;
Report project outcomes and/or project risks to appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary to seek management advice;
Manage the project team by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
2. Providing support as Product Owner for sales initiative development projects in terms of Product-related areas
II. Monitoring the product after launching
Collect Sales and customer feedback about the product after launching;
Define regulatory impacts on existing products;
Conduct and consolidate periodically sales report on revenue, product mix, profit and other criterion depending on business need;
Coordinate with stakeholders to analyze the issue (if any) and prepare the proposal of solution;
Manage and follow up the action to resolve the issue.
Job Requirement
University degree (or above) in finance, business, computer science or equivalent
At least 3 years relevant working experience for product / project management in Life Insurance industry (or insurance, fintech, finance and banking services in general)

Certifications in Project Management / Product Management / Product Owner from certified professional bodies
