The Product Specialist Barista will be responsible for supporting field marketing initiatives, product demonstrations, and content creation related to coffee equipment and products. This role will work closely with the sales, marketing, and content teams to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for coffee-related equipment to customers, baristas, and partners.
Support field marketing activities, including trade shows, exhibitions, and coffee-related events.
Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging educational materials, videos, and blog content.
Provide insights on coffee industry trends, customer preferences, and product improvements.
Assist the sales team by offering technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
Conduct hands-on training for customers on brewing techniques, machine maintenance, and product usage.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product development to enhance offerings.
Maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, coffee shop owners, and barista communities.
Job Requirement
Proven 2+ years of experience in Barista, R&D roles.
Background in Barista training, specialty coffee, or coffee equipment is preferred.
Hands-on experience with espresso machines, grinders, and brewing methods.
