Production Control Planner (Dau Giay - Dong Nai)

Job Description

The successful candidate is expected to onboard in January 2026.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for daily production schedule within the limitations of the line rate
and internal and external constraints to ensure on time delivery (OTD) performance and
control JIT material.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make daily production plan base on Master Production Schedule, manpower and machine
capacity
- Checking material, components to ensure running well with Production team
- Ensures that optimum utilization of production capacity is achieved, by proper scheduling of
the items for production and further improved efficiency
- Keep track of step by step production ensuring all parts delivery on time
- Follow job order
- Work closely with cross function to make sure no issue impact to shipment
- Coordinate with assembly and shipping when special priorities are required.
- Coordinating and pushing to team fixing problem
- Work closely with buyer to comprehend and driving demand in MRP for JIT items.
- Inventory control for FG (finish goods).
- Project follow up.
- Ensure good communication and integration with other teams: production, quality, engineer,
logistics, customer..

Job Requirement

• University graduated. 2-3 years and above
• Good oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
• 2 years relevant PMC experience with good knowledge of Production control.
• Fully understand ERP system and excel operation formula, familiar with Oracle is preferred
• Good sense of data analyzing
• Good knowledge of capacity and manufacturing resource
• Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership
• Good cooperation and teamwork.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
