Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Production Manager (Garment, $1500, ID15300)
Organize and deploy production techniques, build and manage the goals of sewing lines in the region to achieve performance and quality goals, and ensure the set delivery schedule
Training and coaching human resources to ensure professional production requirements
Implement and control compliance with company processes and regulations;
Manage and allocate personnel following production goals
Organize pre-production meetings, sew samples, and deploy technical documents
Welcoming and working with partners/customers when coming to work at the factory
Resolve arising problems related to production
Job Requirement
Male/Female. Ages: 35 - 45 years old
Graduated from university
Have 3-5 years of working experience in production management in garment factory.
Have proficient sewing skills and proficiently use industrial sewing machines
