Analyze the capacity status based on the annual plan, factory line, and the average production of the previous season.
Make the capacity analysis chart and collaborate with CN planning to determine the capacity solution.
Be responsible for negotiating with the factory to get line commitment, and then book capacity.
Follow the timeframe set by CN planning and the sales team to ensure that OP is released on time.
In charge of cooperating with compliance about the audit factory timeline.
Analysis and understanding of product strength to allocate capacity percentage.
Maintain communication and relationships with factory management and provide support if urgent.

Gender: Male/Female; Age: 27 - 45 years old.
Graduate from University.
Have 5 years of experience in planning in garment, with 2 years in the leader position.
Good at English.
