Mission
Contribute to the improvement of the planning of all production-related activities (film, tapes and labels) by entering, scheduling and planning production orders, monitoring progress and collaborating with different departments to ensure effective resource and material planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Guarantee system entry and processes production orders for the semi-finished product (film) and for the processing of the semi-finished products into the finished products.
Check the progress of production and suggest, where needs arise, purchase proposals to the relevant manager to guarantee the needs of the orders in progress, also consult with the production operators.
Guarantee the activities to carry out the production process of semi-finished products (film), according to the planning in all phases, from the launch of production to the warehouse deposit;
Managing and updating production progress.
Planning of both sampling and bulk production
Creating new item codes, production cycles and BOM in the ERP system
Create production orders and coordinate production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that production targets are met on time.
Linking production orders to raw material and load raw material from warehouse
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Typically 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with prior production planning or scheduling experience.
Skills:
Knowledge of production management systems (e.g. SAP, SAM FRAMNET).
Ability to manage inventory and production planning.
Skills in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of supply chain management techniques.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for clear instruction and reporting.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and implement effective changes.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
English knowledge is a must (written and verbal)
