Job Description

Hiểu rõ mô hình hoạt động của chương trình “Mỗi ngày một công đoạn”, về hệ thống, thông tin dữ liệu, các báo cáo./
Well – known 1d1p concept, about system, data, reports.
Tạo và quản lý dữ liệu quy trình gia công của từng sản phẩm trong bộ phận sản xuất mình đảm nhận, gồm các công đoạn và thời gian/
Create and manage process data for each item in production units be in charge of, including process information (process code, process description), timing (processing time, set up time, leadtime).
Trao đổi, làm việc với sản xuất, phòng kỹ thuật để tạo phiếu thông tin sản xuất (routing ticket) của sản phẩm, cho bộ phận sản xuất mình đảm nhận./
Communicate; work with production, technical department, relative department to create routing ticket for item, in production unit which you are in charge of.
Tiếp nhận các thông tin phản hồi từ sản xuất về quy trình sản xuất, về phiếu thông tin sản xuất (routing ticket). Phân tích và cập nhật để quy trình sản xuất mang tính thực tế và hiệu quả hơn./
Receive prodcution’s feedback about processing, routing ticket; analyse and update to get realistic and efficient processing route and timing.
Đọc hiểu các báo cáo của chương trình 1d1p: báo cáo kế hoạch quy trình, báo cáo năng lực sản xuất. Sẵn sàng hướng dẫn, giải thích cho sản xuất sử dụng báo cáo khi cần./
Understand all 1d1p reports: processing schedule, capacity report; willing to guide, explain to production to use these reports.
Phân tích được năng lực sản xuất của từng công đoạn sản xuất trong một khoảng thời gian cố định. Chủ động làm việc với bộ phận sản xuất, bộ phận kế hoạch, cảnh báo các nguy cơ rủi ro ảnh hưởng đến mục tiêu sản lượng hoặc ngày giao hàng mục tiêu./
Analyse capacity for each process in a period of time. Be proactive to work with production, planning department to warn about critical, issue affect to target output, target deadline.
Tổ chức họp triển khai quy trình sản xuất các sản phẩm mới. Kiểm tra lại bản vẽ khi có đơn hàng mới xuống sản xuất./
Organize meetings to deploy production processes for new products. Recheck drawings when there are new orders for production.

Job Requirement

Đọc hiểu được bản vẽ kỹ thuật ngành gỗ và cơ khí/Read and understand technical drawings of wood industry and mechanical.
Biết sử dụng máy tính và các phần mềm văn phòng: Autocad, Word, Excel, Power Point…/ Know how to use computers and office software: Autocad, Word, Excel, Power Point
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hế thống ERP/ Experience in using ERP systems is preferred/
Được đào tạo việc làm khi phỏng vấn thành công./Get job training upon successful interview.
Sản xuất gia công sản phẩm gỗ nội thất; hiểu rõ các quy trình sản xuất; /Experience: furniture manufacturing.
Kinh nghiệm thiết kế nội thất./Interior design experience
