Production Training Leader (Dai Dang Industrial Zone, Binh Duong)

Job Description

1. Responsible for new worker training for production general training courses.
2. Responsible for new worker training for production operation skills.
3. Responsible for the skill certification of production worker.
4. Make and follow up the training plan of production workers and line leaders.
5. Responsible for employee relations issues.
6. Follow up production safety, EHS, 5S,etc.
7. Annual refresh training on production operation skills
8. Coordinating of continuous improvement in production

Job Requirement

• Vocation school graduation, college graduation is preferred.
• At least one year training experience.
• Fast catching up and well explanation
• Good computer experience with Microsoft office and e-mail communication.
• Have basic English reading and writing ability.
• Creative, responsible, hardworking, good communication skills and detail oriented
