Project Assistant

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Quotations and Documentation: Create accurate project quotations and prepare required materials/documents.
• User Support: Assist end-users with system tasks, such as adding or removing users.
• Incident Management: Be available outside business hours to handle system incidents.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to update the line manager on project status.
• Other task as assigned by the Line Manager

Job Requirement

Requirements

• College/University degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (required).
• Good English skills (required).
• Honest, diligent, and quick learner.
