1. Organize and arrange meeting schedules and ad-hoc work schedules within the project (project team's work schedule with Contractors, management reporting schedule); coordinate the work of all relevant parties in all stages of project implementation, especially for the UAT phase.
2. Create meeting minutes, track progress, monitor, and drive the progress of all relevant parties as agreed upon and directed at meetings.
3. Analyze and synthesize documents, develop periodic progress reports, and report on overall project issues.
4. Perform tasks related to the development, signing, and submission of proposals, contracts, contract appendices, and meeting minutes with partners.
5. Coordinate with relevant parties to carry out tasks related to the development and implementation of project communication, training plans.
6. Support the Project Manager in project planning, project management, document development, reporting, project interpretation, and document archiving.
