· Communicate with the customer (factory / manufacturer; trader; buyer, etc.) to receive, handle testing & inspection activities (booking information, quotation, customer feedback, etc.) in accordance with the procedures and requirements specified by TÜV Rheinland and / or customers.
· Prepare the required documents and pre/ post-test includes technical documentation from customers, control samples, sample reserved.
· Monitor projects planning, preparation, implementing and approving status.
· Communicate and coordinate with internal/ external parties to assure the projects are planned, prepared and conducted timely and smoothly in compliance with all applicable requirements.
Complete test report, project handling (quotation, order, planning / scheduling, closing, invoice) via TÜV Rheinland systems and tools or clients’ systems if required.
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Bachelor of Economics or related major.
· Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high position people.
· Basic knowledge of ISO requirements procedures.
· Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office.
· Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
· Good time and project management skills.
Good problem solving, statistic and analytical skills.
