Meeting and getting request from customer for Renovation, then make the quotation, sales contract and related document based on the drawing from design section.
Follow from Quotation, Contract to Hand over Project. Coordinating with other Dept. such as: Design,Construction and Inspection.
Deploy to related department (Design, Quantity Survey, Quality Control, Site Supervisor) to follow project from beginning to hand over Project as Customer’s request.
Work with supplier for Quotation, Purchasing order, delivery … follow up the project until finished.
Make Hand-over, Inspection document after project finished.
Responsible for customer takecare, warranty, support service.
Report to Project Manager daily for Schedule or any points relating to Project.
Daily, weekly report to B.O.D
