About the role:

Atlas Copco Vietnam is a Sweden Customer Center with one of the main focuses on sales of industries' Air compressors. The Project Engineer to the sales of air compressors is to deliver efficient and effective technical support to EPC contractors, customers, sales and marketing team. The best candidate should have experiences in project-based engineering procurement and construction, technical support for mechanical and electrical complex projects.

Main responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.

• Prepare, produce, and compile Mechanical and Electrical layout drawings and documentations for tender submission and project execution.

• Conduct internal product training for sales personnel and distributors.

• Act as contact window to Product Company on Engineered products in respect of technical specification, quotation, production, and commissioning works.

• Liaise with local authority in getting blanket approval of pressure vessel certificates and its related products.

• Coordinate, monitor and supervise all related parties, sub-contractors in ensuring projects complete as per stipulated time.

• Handle enquiries from customers in respect of installation and technical specifications.

• Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation system and marketing document database in a timely manner.

Job Requirement

Required experiences 

• Experience: At least 02-year experience in project management in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction

• Technical background: Mechanical or Electrical engineer. 

• Capable to make technical drawing and technical presentations 

• Possess good communication skills in English  

• Good business writing skills  

• Project management 

Required personal affinity 

• Interested in machinery and application  

• Sociable and good interpersonal skill  

• Enthusiastic with good working attitude 

Required education & knowledge 

• Education: University Degree. An engineering degree is necessary. 

• Skills: Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD) 

• Knowledge of the compressed air industry and its applications is an advantage.
