Advise the Leadership and Project Division in preparing the project’s legal documents according to the guidelines of the competent state authorities.
Directly responsible for carrying out the legal procedures for the company's projects, from the investment preparation phase, construction implementation, acceptance, and project handover, including:
Participate in researching and evaluating new projects: Reviewing the legal documents of projects (related to investment areas, factory construction, clean energy systems, etc.); evaluating investment opportunities and advising on proposed methods for project implementation.
Serve as the main point of contact with relevant departments and authorities to address issues and obstacles during the project development process. Propose solutions to overcome difficulties that exceed the company’s authority.
Collaborate with government agencies (Ministry of Industry and Trade, EVN, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, etc.) to ensure that the project complies with legal regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts: Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), EPC contracts, land lease agreements, credit agreements, maintenance contracts, etc.
Monitor and update new legal regulations on renewable energy, investment, and land that may impact the project.
Assist in resolving legal disputes or issues arising during project implementation.
Provide legal advice and help build legal strategies to optimize benefits for the company in solar energy projects.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company’s Leadership and Project Division.
1. Gender: Male/Female, aged from 22 to 35 years old.
2. Education: Graduated from a full-time university program with a degree in Law, Construction Economics Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
3. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of project legal work, construction, and real estate at construction companies or groups.
4. Experience working with government agencies.
5. Knowledge: Strong understanding of laws and current regulations related to the area of responsibility.
6. Skills: Proficient in office software. Good reporting and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail, enthusiasm for work, and readiness to travel for work when assigned.
