1. Assist in preparation of reports, budgets tracking and procurement.
2. Search for potential vendors; contact and be responsible for supply and inventory management.
3. Assist in control of movement of materials within the company.
4. Assist in supervision of service providers and contractors to ensure that works carried out are satisfactory.
5. Handle tenants’ requests as well as identify, plan and initiate improvement works to enhance the value of the properties.
6. Guide tenants about the building rules and regulations, registration for signature, person in charge, parking, business extension hours, etc…
7. Be responsible for the coordination with tenants for back of the house facilities, trash disposal, pest control, safety & security issues. This includes coordinating hygiene requirement for F&B tenants.
8. Performs other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree.
English Skill: Good command both of English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skills
IT Skill: Proficiency with MS Office application
Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management service.
