- Manage to find and develop more supplies for the company
- Manage to contact, negotiate and talk to suppliers to find the right source of goods at the best price
- Closely monitor the procurement process and costs
- Plan the purchase and adjust the requirements accordingly
- Make a report on the quality, quantity, price of goods and quantity of inventory in accordance with the prescribed time
- Market research and competitors
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle situations that arise during the procurement process
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the equivalent position
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Knowledge of Material Planning
- Negotiating skills
- Have skills in organizing and managing time, managing work
- Have working experience in Printing is advantage
