Purchasing Senior Staff (Procurement)

Job Description

We are looking for Purchasing Senior Staff who are willing to join Procurement team (Purchasing Department):

• Sourcing new suppliers materials and parts for refrigerator assembly

• Control procedure of new suppliers: prepare documents to set up new suppliers in to Panasonic's suppliers data system

• Control all type of contracts of materials and parts for refrigerator production

• Collaborate with QA for annual supplier quality audit and follow up audit result (Quality Audit (QMS) and Environment Audit (EMS)

• Other tasks as required

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Economics or Technical area

• Have 1-2 years working experience in Purchasing field in manufacturing company

• Have experience in using SAP and knowledge of material management is advantage

• Intermediate English (Japanese is a plus)

• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Fresher with remarkable abilities is also welcomed

• Have logical thinking, good communication skill, good problem-solving skill and time management skill
