Job Description

Sourcing, purchasing the material for trading and retail chain at Ho Chi Minh City.

• Working with related departments for monthly plan including purchasing plan, delivery schedule and payment schedule.
• Follow up the purchasing requirement and order activities as purchase procedure. Prepare the payment document.
• Post the POs to Navision.
• Responsible for daily communication, ordering, negotiation, sourcing the needed products with suppliers.
• Solve problem with supplier and other related departments.
• Evaluate supplier performance yearly.

Working time: Monday to Saturday morning, 8h00- 17h00.

Job Requirement

• Graduated Bachelor Degree;
• At least 2 years experience in the same position;
• Having purchasing experience in trading company or retail chain is plus;
• Internal- external effective communication, negotiation and teamwork;
• Well speaking and writing in Vietnamese and English.
