1. Lead in setting up & organizing the implementation of quality plans & objectives. Establish & maintain the quality management system in accordance with legislations & buyer’s requirements. 2. Guide the implementation & review the effectiveness of QMS. Organize & conduct internal audits according to GO/NOGO standards. 3. Ensure all buyer requirements and expectations are met at all different stages of the process from New development, during production, and after shipment. 4. Lead & coordinate with the related organizations for the quality training subjects. 5. Manage & assign the staff to complete the department’s duties & responsibilities. Perform the staff assessment. 6. Other information shall be more detailed during the interview.
Job Requirement
• University graduated, at least 3 to 5 years of QA Manager experience • Fluent in the English language (Writing, reading, and speaking). • Experience in formulating QA strategies, standards, and policies. • Thorough understanding of QA methodologies, workflows, and best practices • Experience in managing QA teams is an advantage • Familiarity with loading and stress testing is an advantage • Able to multi-task, adapt to changes and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
