· Ensure all regulatory records are properly and adequately maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
· Prepare documents related to food safety system.
· Manage the compliance of new and existing products.
· Develop or research new products.
· Manage all elements of the product development process including product specification, packaging, etc.
· Be technical service to the customers.
Job Requirement
• Graduated from university majoring in food technology and biology • Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position, knowledgeable and experienced in the food industry. • Have knowledge of BRC, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, BRC,... • English: read and understand technical documents and exchange emails with customers in English.
