QA Staff

Job Description

- Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 Quality Management Systems.

- Verify CCP & OPRP parameters to ensure they are always maintained in compliance with regulations.

- Review existing documents and develop new documents/instructions/procedures.

- Establish and register HALAL certification for the company’s products and maintain the system in accordance with HALAL requirements.

- Host and coordinate audits related to food safety conducted by government authorities, certification bodies, and customers; implement corrective and preventive actions (if any).

- Support handling of customer complaints and verify corrective and preventive actions.

- Support supplier evaluations as per company procedures.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the QA Manager.

Job Requirement

-       Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Quality Management.

-       2–3 years of experience in QA/QC system management in the food technology field.

-       Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety systems and performed welcome audit team.

-       Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

-       Good command of English (both written and spoken) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
