QC Supervisor (Plastic)

Job Description

RKW Vietnam belongs to the RKW Group, Germany, which is one of the largest manufacturers in Vietnam of plastic film products, plastic packaging, plastic bags and composite films supplying to the domestic and international markets.

With continuous development and expansion, we are looking for a QC Supervisor candidate with experience in team management, product quality control, ability to analyze data, solve problems, especially enthusiasm, dynamism and youthfulness are indispensable factors to participate and develop with the QC team. You will be an important factor in helping to bring product quality, promoting the development of the company.

• Working location: Lot 22, Road B, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Tao A Ward, Binh Tan District, HCMC
• Working hours: (8:00-17:00)

MAIN JOBS:

In this position, you will perform the tasks of a QC Supervisor to ensure the quality of products/semi-finished products meets all necessary factors according to customer requirements as well as support the management of the development team.

• Supervise and manage QAQC staff, ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
• Develop and implement quality control documentation, processes, and methodologies.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
• Solve quality issues and respond to customers, suppliers, and management.
• Assist in BRC/ISO/HACCP/Customers audits.
• Provide technical support for quality control, purchasing, manufacturing, sales, and R&D.

Job Requirement

1. Graduated from university with major Chemical/Plastic Engineering or Quality Manager.

2. Have experience in same job and same plastic packaging industry at least 5 years.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

4. Excellent understanding of HACCP systems, ISO 9001 and quality control methodologies.

5. Experience in Quality and Environment Management Systems, Food Safety, and relevant technical knowledge.

6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

7. Experience in conducting internal and external audits.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
