- Set up, train, and maintain QHSE including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance)/ CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
- Communicates with management team regarding quality, environment and health & safety concerns and improvements necessary to maintain the QHSE.
- Performs analysis of current process, identifies gaps and improvement initiatives. Performs internal audits at manufacturing locations, including quality, environment and health & safety, RBA.
- Coordinate all external audits including third Party Audit, Customer audit. Supports in documenting and updating procedures as needed. Uses best practices with regards to QHSE documentation and procedures.
- Plan, follow, and coordinate relevant departments in implementing control of environmental, safety and occupational health issues in the factory: strict equipment, fire prevention, first aid kits, waste, chemical, protection equipment management...
- Coordinate with relevant departments, fire team captain in conducting periodic inspections of fire prevention and fighting systems and fire prevention drills with external agencies.
- Implement plans and contact with Thirty Party to conduct environmental monitoring, labor environment monitoring, and environmental monitoring reports.
- Check the inspection period of equipment with strict safety requirements and request the relevant department to conduct inspections promptly.
- Control hazardous waste documents and annual reports. Coordinate with the EHS Team Leader to control and report all work-related accidents, investigate the causes and take preventive actions.
- Check medicine cabinets and work with the EHS Team Leader to replenish them promptly.
- Check the equipment and distribution of PPE and work with the EHS Team Leader to replenish them promptly.
- Coordinate with the EHS Team Leader to control and report all work-related accidents, investigate the causes and take preventive actions.
- Coordinate with the EHS Team Leader to regularly check the standards, regulations and occupational safety in the factory.
- Coordinate with the EHS Team Leader and relevant departments to review training programs and organize training related to the environment, safety and occupational health for regular employees and new employees.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor in Industrial management or Engineering.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and RBA / CSR.
- Certified Internal Auditor.
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel and Access (knowledge of pivot tools and macro programming) preferred.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience.
