• Strategy Development:
Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing strategies in the QM Team.
Assist in developing and incorporating operational safety throughout the QM Team.
• Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Tier2 Operations Management:
Manage Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Tier2 processes.
Check and study the Daily Production Schedule.
Check all AQL Final Inspections and Reports.
Check daily production in all workshops.
Report to the QM Manager, serious QM problems.
Report to the QM Manager, potential production delays.
Assist in retrieving daily one “production pulls” per line for lab testing.
Check daily INSITE® Form T2-1 and ensure the form is correctly filled out.
Create all production keep sample packages.
Log all production keep sample packages.
Assist in securing all production keep sample packages for a period of 2 years.
Assist in destroying the production keep sample packages older than 2 years.
Ensure packing, labeling, and marking are correct.
Ensure shipping carton quantity is correct.
Ensure the trucks or containers is clean and no damaged before loading.
Check the loading of trucks and containers.
• Supply Chain Management:
Assist in retrieving “production pull” for RSL testing.
• Risk Management:
Identify and report potential risks and challenges to the QM Manager.
Recommend, when in doubt, whether an order should or shouldn’t ship.
• Experience in Quality Appearance, Quality Control and Tier2 operations management, preferably in a leadership role within the Asia region.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality management systems.
• Able to perform QA/QC/Tier2 functions singleton and unsupervised.
• Understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Has at least 5 years of experience in a QA/QC/Tier2 Position.
• Fluent In Mandarin or Vietnamese language.
• Speaking both English and Mandarin is a plus.
