Job description:

-Lead and manage the QC team in daily inspection activities
-Verify product quality at all stages (materials, components, in-process, final product)
-Conduct final inspections before shipment
-Manage and track defect rates and quality metrics
-Issue and follow up on quality reports (R15, R19)
-Coordinate with factories on quality improvements
-Train and supervise QC inspectors
-Ensure proper documentation of all quality control activities
-Implement and monitor AQL standards
-Verify compliance with brand quality requirements

Job Requirement

'-Age: 30-55
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or related field;
-Minimum 7 years of expert experience in footwear quality control;
-Have the skills, abilities, and qualities necessary to ensure the successful execution of the job descriptions mentioned above.
- English proficiency sufficient for professional communication, discussion, and reporting with colleagues and management.
