1. Main tasks:
Receive all required information and conduct a quality control report
- Quality call: contact with traveler on spot via phone to get feedback (for German & English market)
- Receive issues reports and client feedback from the Sales Department
- Receive feedback form and issues report from the Operation Department
- Receive the inspection report from the Product and Operation Departments
- Record received data
- Conduct immediate quality control report and send to related departments to resolve urgent issues
- Conduct monthly and annual quality control report and send it to related departments.
Provide Quality Control for the Operation Department (including guides)
- Coordinate with Operation Department to supervise guide assignment list and create guide loyalty program using results of quality control report and feedback forms
Provide Quality Control for the Sales Department
- Support the Sales Team Leader to improve production knowledge / training to the Sales Department in Vietnam and improve communication and understanding of all market expectations
Provide Quality Control for the Product Department
- Coordinate with the Product Department in Vietnam and SDM of all markets to improve existing products and create new products for important existing clients or new clients
Provide Quality Control for the Marketing Department
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department and BDM ( Business Development Manager) of all markets for dedicated marketing materials: blog, newsletter, B2B content review, webinar training, product presentation, etc.
Provide Quality Control for the Contracting Department
- Coordinate with the Contracting Department of all markets to upgrade the quality of suppliers
2. Other tasks:
- Interview new German speaking guides and staff, according to Operation Manger and HR’s request
- Review and translate template messages to travelers or program texts to German and English, according to Operation Manger, Sales, and Production’s request.
- Participate in inspection trips if required.

1. Competency
- Fluent in Italian & English language
- Good knowledge of tourism field, including hotel and tourism management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong decision-making skills
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Good planning and organisational skills to balance and prioritise work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive
2. Education
- University: Bachelor’s in Hotel Management/Tourism/Foreign Languages or other related fields
