Benefits

Coordinates the recording and monitoring of the material inspections (receiving,process, final).
Participates in the internal audits program (to systems, products and process).
Supports and maintains the quality system as defined in the plant procedures and instructions.
Explains the reports in Staff and supervisor’s meetings.
Verifies and follows-up on the quality standards of new and current products.
Supports the problem-solving process and develops preventive and corrective measures that insure quality.
Provides support and supervision to technicians and/or auditors as needed.
Follows-up on client complaints regarding quality problems including actions and results, visiting clients in China and the United States.
Represents the plant, as corporate level, with clients, suppliers, as needed.
Prepares and presents product submission to clients
Evaluates product submissions from salesmen or suppliers for Summit Componentes and clients.
Evaluates New Product and Production Product color.
Participates in continuous improvement activities and cost reduction goals.
AQP support, participation and development.
Follows-up on non-compliances reported to our suppliers and their corrective actions.
Audits and monitors the follow-up of the different existing Production controls (P. Control, Set up, etc.).
Performs other duties as assigned.
